Make an impact

We are looking for an HR Manager to support Swisslog entities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Across these countries, Swisslog employs over 100 people, with teams based in our offices in Zaltbommel (Netherlands), Edegem (Belgium), Lyon (France), and at various customer sites. You will join our dedicated HR team, which includes the Head of HR and an HR Generalist. 

 

Your tasks include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for managers on all local HR topics, both strategic and operational
  • Leading recruitment efforts such as interviews, assessment centers, and employer branding to attract top talent
  • Implementing global HR initiatives and continuously improving local HR policies and processes, in alignment with our global culture and strategy and ensuring compliance with local legislation. 
  • Providing leadership coaching on complex employee relations issues 
  • Leading change initiatives and supporting organizational transformations
  • Supporting performance and talent management by advising managers on employee development
  • Advising managers on compensation matters, following global Compensation & Benefits guidelines
  • Replacement of the HR Generalist in case of absence

What you need to succeed

  • You have professional HR experience, preferably in an international and dynamic environment
  • You have successfully completed your studies with focus on HR Management 
  • You are organized and you can prioritize well 
  • You have excellent communication skills throughout all managerial levels 
  • You are motivated and committed to join a dynamic team 
  • You can stay focused in stressful situations 
  • Your Dutch and English skills are fluent, French is preferable
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to Belgium and France
