Make an impact
- Independent performance of service tasks at customer sites, such as initial start-up, repair work and maintenance of KUKA products,
- providing technical support to customers and integrators,
- advising and supporting the customer on the maintenance and service of KUKA products,
- telephone and e-mail customer support,
- participation in the hotline department - active support of the hotline,
- providing training to robot users,
- carrying out administrative work related to daily duties.
What you need to succeed
- general technical knowledge of electromechanics, supported by experience,
- general knowledge of industrial robots,
- ability to read electrical diagrams,
- communicative knowledge of spoken and written English,
- ability to solve technical problems independently,
- a strong sense of responsibility, conscientiousness and self-organisation,
- high availability due to the nature of the work and business trips,
- Category B driving licence.
