Make an impact

  • Independent performance of service tasks at customer sites, such as initial start-up, repair work and maintenance of KUKA products,
  • providing technical support to customers and integrators,
  • advising and supporting the customer on the maintenance and service of KUKA products,
  • telephone and e-mail customer support,
  • participation in the hotline department - active support of the hotline,
  • providing training to robot users,
  • carrying out administrative work related to daily duties.

What you need to succeed

  • general technical knowledge of electromechanics, supported by experience,
  • general knowledge of industrial robots,
  • ability to read electrical diagrams,
  • communicative knowledge of spoken and written English,
  • ability to solve technical problems independently,
  • a strong sense of responsibility, conscientiousness and self-organisation,
  • high availability due to the nature of the work and business trips,
  • Category B driving licence.
