- Independent performance of service tasks at customer sites, such as initial start-up, repair work and maintenance of KUKA products,
- Providing technical support to customers and integrators
- Advising and supporting the customer on the maintenance and service of KUKA products
- Telephone and e-mail customer support
- Participation in the hotline department - active support of the hotline
- Providing training to robot users
- Carrying out administrative work related to daily duties.
What you need to succeed
- General technical knowledge of electromechanics, supported by experience
- General knowledge of industrial robots
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Communicative knowledge of spoken and written English
- Ability to solve technical problems independently
- A strong sense of responsibility, conscientiousness and self-organisation
- High availability due to the nature of the work and business trips
- Category B driving licence
