Make an impact

  • Independent performance of service tasks at customer sites, such as initial start-up, repair work and maintenance of KUKA products,
  • Providing technical support to customers and integrators
  • Advising and supporting the customer on the maintenance and service of KUKA products
  • Telephone and e-mail customer support
  • Participation in the hotline department - active support of the hotline
  • Providing training to robot users
  • Carrying out administrative work related to daily duties.

What you need to succeed

  • General technical knowledge of electromechanics, supported by experience
  • General knowledge of industrial robots
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams
  • Communicative knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Ability to solve technical problems independently
  • A strong sense of responsibility, conscientiousness and self-organisation
  • High availability due to the nature of the work and business trips
  • Category B driving licence
