Make an impact
- Payment Factory Administration and Support: Oversee the administration of the Payment Factory, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of payment transactions. Provide support for the end-to-end payment processes, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Bank Account Administration and Master Data Management: Manage the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts. Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data management for all treasury-related accounts and entities. Support the entities with the fulfillment of KYC requirements.
- Collaboration in Divisional and Group Projects: Participate in divisional and group projects with treasury relevance, providing expertise and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement treasury-related initiatives and improvements.
- Guarantee Documentation, Recording, and Fee Settlement: Handle the documentation and recording of guarantees, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Manage the settlement of guarantee fees, maintaining accurate records and overviewing the maturities.
- Monitoring of Treasury Processes and Guidelines: Monitor and ensure adherence to treasury processes and guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Conduct regular reviews and audits of treasury operations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Operating the Treasury Management System and Payment Platform: Operate and maintain the Payment Platforms (TIS, GFP), ensuring they are functioning effectively and efficiently. Provide user support and training for the Payment Platforms, addressing any issues and implementing updates as needed.
- Administration of the Global Credit Cards Program: Overview and manage the centrally issued credit cards for the whole KUKA group.
What you need to succeed
- Completed apprenticeship as a banker or completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable courses of study,
- ideally you have worked in the financial sector,
- initial experience in working with a Treasury Management System, Payment Platforms and/or SAP is beneficial,
- your actions are independent and structured, your way of working analytical with a high affinity for numbers,
- proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,
- good written and spoken English, Communication within Treasury Team in English or German,
- in addition, we expect teamwork and strong communication skills.
