Make an impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute finance transformation projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the transition process.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex transition projects within finance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Comfortable to work in a multicultural SSC environment,
- Self-starter attitude,
- Travel occasionally within Europe
