Make an impact
- Support and advise on transfer pricing matters across the group, ensuring compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines,
- prepare and review transfer pricing documentation (e.g. Master File, Local Files) for various jurisdictions,
- analyze and support the implementation of intercompany pricing policies and business models,
- perform and monitor transfer pricing year-end adjustments to ensure arm’s length outcomes,
- contributing to the preparation of group-level benchmarking studies,
- support the preparation and review of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and related analyses,
- assist in tax audits and defend transfer pricing positions with tax authorities,
- collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business units on cross-border transactions and operating models,
- monitor international tax and transfer pricing developments and assess their impact on the group,
- contribute to process improvements,
- support analyses related to Permanent Establishments (PEs), including identification of PE risks and aspects of profit attribution where relevant.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field, preferably with a focus on taxation,
- 3–5 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- fluent in English; German is a plus,
- comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment.
