Make an impact

  • Maintaining daily contact with customers, both verbally and in writing,
  • organising and coordinating external requests (orders, requests for quotations, sample production) within the company, with maximum customer satisfaction,
  • project management of products (quotation, raw materials, production, quality),
  • planning production capacity and deadlines in cooperation with the departments concerned,
  • communicating delivery deadlines to the customer,
  • active participation in the first sample production process, overall project supervision,
  • preparation of reports,
  • active use of SAP ERP system (from customer quotation to delivery).

What you need to succeed

  • University degree in logistics, economics or engineering,
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field,
  • strong knowledge of English at intermediate level, for daily international contacts (German language is an advantage),
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point),
  • customer-oriented mindset,
  • good planning and organisation skills.
