Make an impact
- Ensure the continuous availability of materials required for production,
- Lead, supervise, and develop both operational and strategic direct procurement processes,
- Manage people-related topics within the team; plan and monitor costs and investments for the cost center,
- Develop and optimize disposition strategies, adapting to changing economic conditions,
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with inventory management guidelines,
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and prepare/execute framework agreements,
- Prepare reports, analyses, and management summaries.
What you need to succeed
- University degree (preferably in economics, supply chain),
- Several years of experience in procurement; leadership experience is highly advantageous,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both in Hungarian and English),
- Strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and confident decision‑making,
- Problem‑solving attitude with a focus on delivering measurable results,
- Solid knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
