Make an impact
- Analysis of HR metrics, HR, labor market and economic data; preparation of analyses and reports; continuous development and automation of reporting processes
- Preparation and coordination of the annual salary review process, including proposal development and decision‑making support
- End‑to‑end management of job architecture and job evaluation systems (Korn Ferry and HAY methodologies); support for the design and rollout of a global job architecture
- Development of the total compensation package, introduction of new elements, and coordination with external vendors when required
- Administration and update of the cafeteria benefits system; support of the payroll department
- Planning, monitoring and analysis of HR costs, including budget vs. actual variance analysis
- Full ownership of quarterly and annual headcount and labor cost planning processes; process development and optimization; monitoring of results and variance analysis
- Management of labor cost accrual processes; preparation of calculations related to personnel expenses
- Support of general audits and financial audits
What you need to succeed
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Economics
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR and financial data
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas); experience with BI or reporting tools is an advantage
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensure data accuracy, and maintain high attention to detail
