Make an impact
- Ensure and maintain logistics processes in the Spare Parts area within SAP
- Inventory optimization considering availability and capital commitment
- Coordination of global external logistics service providers in alignment with HUB Managers, including invoice verification
- KPI reporting and definition of corrective actions in case of deviations
- Handling complaints and escalation management
- Participation in projects to optimize global parts logistics
- Processing and further development of the “Logistics Manual”
- Maintenance and further development of the RPA bot (Delivery Bot)
What you need to succeed
- Commercial or technical education with corresponding further training, e.g. Logistics Specialist, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, material planning, or supply chain
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office applications
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
- Analytical, process-oriented, and structured working approach
