Make an impact
- Handle customer inquiries related to the rental, leasing and sale of used robots, controllers and other KUKA products for German end customers and German KUKA subsidiaries
- Independently prepare and calculate quotations in close coordination with sales representatives
- Create customer orders for the sale of used KUKA products
- Manage invoicing processes and coordinate internal billing activities with Controlling
- Manage production orders for the assembly/manufacturing of new machines
- Prepare rental and leasing agreements for end customers, internal requirements and trade fair or event activities in coordination with sales representatives
- Check material availability for customer-specific modifications and coordinate the timely creation of modification orders with the workshop
- Process warranty claims, including arrainging product replacements at customer sites when required
- Follow up on quotations by phone and email
- Monitor rental and leasing contracts and coordinate extensions, modification or terminations with customers and sales.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and outstanding receivables (commercial or product-related issues)
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional Customer Service portfolio offerings in quotations and direct customer communication
- Process and maintain order-related data in ERP and CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with related departments, incluing Sales, Purchasing, Workshop, Logistics, Export Control, Shipping, Marketing and other service departments
- German working calendar applies
What you need to succeed
- University degree (commercial/business qualification or a business administration degree with an additional technical qualification)
- Professional experience in order processing is an advantage
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
- Fluent English and German language skill
- Customer orientation and intercultural competence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
