Make an impact
• Daily handling of Salesforce cases and end to end processing of offers, orders, invoices, credit notes, cancellations, and customs documentation
• Commercial and technical clarification of customer and country-specific requests together with internal stakeholders (Workshop, Shipping, Scheduling, Customs, Export Control, etc.)
• Coordination of special robot sales, including delivery tracking, returns, credit handling, and technical feasibility checks
• Maintenance of new build and used robot data: order creation, lead time monitoring, and database updates
• Steering production orders to the workshop and ensuring material availability and customer-specific configurations
• Processing non standard prototype orders and supporting the purchasing of used robot units (local & global)
• Executing warranty processes and managing returns, including scrapping documentation
• Supporting global planning activities, maintaining KPIs and dashboards, and managing Busi-ness Partner master data
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, participating in cross-functional projects, and ac-ting as Key User for system enhancements
• Serving as the central contact for KUKA subsidiaries and aligning with global stakeholders
What you need to succeed
• Experience in operational order handling and commercial administration, ideally in a technical environment,
• Strong coordination and communication skills in English,
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple topics simultaneously, and engage with va-rious stakeholders,
• Structured, detail oriented way of working combined with problem solving skills,
• Confidence in working with systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, databases) and willingness to sup-port system improvements,
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
