Make an impact

  • Primary contact for all KUKA country subsidiaries regarding all Parts & Repair activities and expectation management (no direct communication with end customers)
  • Processing and understanding international customer inquiries
  • Clarification and handling of commercial and technical issues with customers (KUKA subsidiaries)
  • Preparation of quotations, order processing, and invoicing for spare parts and repairs
  • Identification of spare parts using parts lists, circuit diagrams, and images
  • Close collaboration with related departments, including Purchasing, Logistics, Customs, Export Control, Shipping, and other service departments
  • Determination of repair prices and verification of material availability
  • Consistent follow-up on orders, ensuring on-time delivery and invoicing
  • Handling of export processes and procurement of documents
  • Monitoring and managing the return of repair parts
  • Processing complaints and credit notes
  • Dispatching of mailbox and Salesforce cases
  • Assignment of access rights for drives, SharePoints, mailboxes, and systems
  • Participation in strategic national and international topics with internal and external partners to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Contribution to the definition and implementation of service products and packages
  • Participation in internal projects for continuous improvement of business processes in Global Parts & Repair as well as projects for cost optimization
  • Project involvement related to internal improvements and new products within the Parts/Repair business together with internal and external partners

What you need to succeed

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (preferably supplemented by an additional technical qualification)
  • Professional experience in order processing is an advantage
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce desirable
  • Fluent English language skill
  • Customer orientation, intercultural understanding, and strong communication skills
  • Organizational talent, flexibility, resilience, and proactive working style
  • Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call duty
