Make an impact
- Handling indirect procurement processes within EMEA region,
- Requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating delivery terms and prices,
- Creating and tracking orders based on forecasts (confirmation, expediting, delay management, cancellation, escalation, claims),
- Ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating reorders,
- Verifying invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies,
- Maintaining system data accuracy,
- Preparing contracts,
- Supporting production and cross-functional departments,
- Monitoring market trends and innovations, contributing to cost savings,
- Collaborating internationally with other KUKA entities, supporting strategic buyers, assisting in tender preparation.
What you need to succeed
- University degree,
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, plus at least an intermediate level of Spanish and French,
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar position
