Performance Analysis and Management Reporting
- Perform analysis of monthly results with focus on recurring revenue KPIs (ARR/MRR), new business, expansion, and churn, including deviation analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Analyze key business drivers such as customer growth, retention, and usage patterns, identify financial risks and opportunities, and propose mitigating actions.
Financial Planning
- Prepare and align strategic planning, budget, and forecast based on driver-based SaaS models, including financial modeling and analysis of key value drivers (e.g. ARR growth, churn, pricing).
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for recurring revenue streams and customer cohorts.
- Support target setting and KPI tracking (e.g. ARR, growth, retention) in alignment with Financial Business Partners.
- Planning and analysis of future oriented Sales efficiency & performance, capacity and strategy, conversion rates, marketing and program efficiency.
Collaboration with Business and other Financial Experts
- Responsible for commercial controlling of Digital Business with focus on subscription revenue development, pricing, customer economics (LTV, CAC), and receivables / cash conversion.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Digital teams to support go-to-market strategies, pricing decisions, and business scaling initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in a fast-growing digital environment.
Projects
- Improve and standardize processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Digital / SaaS business models, including integration of new data sources (e.g. CRM, product analytics).
- Support strategic initiatives such as business model transformation, digital product scaling, and new revenue streams.
- Contribute to the development of scalable financial models and tools for Digital Business across regions.
What you need to succeed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s or certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
