Make an impact
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve material master data in SAP, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and compliance with defined standards
- Define and implement master data management standards, governance rules, and processes across the organization
- Perform regular data analysis, cleansing, and validation activities to prevent duplicates and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g. procurement, planning, logistics, engineering) to ensure accurate and up-to-date material data
- Participate in or lead SAP-related development, implementation, migration, and rollout projects (incl. relocations and system changes)
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP processes with strong focus on Material Data Management (MDM), as well as supporting MM/PP and localization topics
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for SAP solutions
- Support SAP-related trainings, testing, and validation activities
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of master data processes
What you need to succeed
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in data management, ideally in material master data management
- Experience in data analysis, data cleansing, data quality management, data lifecycle processes and reporting
- Proficiency in SAP R3 and database management
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as MM and PP (experience in configuration and customization is a plus)
- Experience in SAP development/implementation or international rollout projects is a plus
- Ability to understand business processes end-to-end and translate them into system solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, systematic approach and strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent Hungarian and confident communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
