Make an impact

  • Processing of purchase requisitions and execute serial-related orders, 
  • processing delivery schedules to supplier,
  • tracking and administration of order confirmations as well as close communication with suppliers,
  • clarify delivery issues with material planning or supplier,
  • operational handling of complaints in terms of quantity or delivery date deviations included recharging, inventory monitoring, request of documents e.g. long-term supplier declaration, certificate of origin.

What you need to succeed

  • Higher education degree, preferably in economics or logistics,
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing roles,
  • Fluent business English skills, 
  • Proficiency in SAP with advanced analytical expertise.
