Make an impact

  • Quotation management: enter quotations into the system, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks impacting deadlines, and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Handling series orders: record and confirm orders within 3–5 working days, maintain and update customer call-offs
  • Production and delivery tracking: monitor on-time production and delivery conditions, proactively identify risks and coordinate solutions with relevant departments
  • Shipment coordination: organize and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Material availability: monitor stock levels, investigate shortages, and coordinate with Purchasing and customers
  • Customer communication: maintain daily written and verbal communication with customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration: proactively liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues
  • Reporting: prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
  • Price list support: provide historical and forecast data for pricing activities
  • Overdue invoice monitoring: track and follow up on overdue invoices in cooperation with the Sales team
  • System usage: work daily in ERP systems (SAP) and other relevant tools
  • Process improvement: support automation and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Project participation: contribute to smaller projects, including preparation of project plans

What you need to succeed

  • Secondary education required; higher education in logistics or economics is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Active intermediate level of English
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
