Make an impact
- Perform on-site service activities, including commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of KUKA products
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective solutions
- Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding maintenance and system performance
- Handle customer inquiries, both on-site and via phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to promote products and services, contributing to business growth
- Prepare and submit service reports accurately and on time
- Continuously develop and share technical knowledge within the team
What you need to succeed
- Strong technical background (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering)
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or repair activities (industrial/automation environment preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
