Make an impact

  • Act as the primary functional LMS expert and support lead for learning systems within the HR organization, with a strong focus on the current LMS (e.g. Cimoio) and the transition to SAP SuccessFactors Learning,
  • collaborate closely with HR, Learning/Talent teams and IT to analyze learning-related requirements and translate them into user-friendly LMS solutions,
  • ensure the reliable daily operation of the LMS, including user support, issue analysis, and system-related troubleshooting across learning processes,
  • drive data quality and lifecycle management for all learning-related data (users, assignments, completions), including regular checks, clean-ups, and follow-up on inconsistencies,
  • support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including requirements clarification, testing activities, data migration support, and cutover preparation, in close coordination with IT and external partners,
  • deliver LMS enablement and training sessions for HR, Key Users, and selected business stakeholders; create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials,
  • continuously improve and optimize learning-related system functionalities and processes, including documentation and user guidance,
  • maintain LMS knowledge repositories and system documentation to ensure transparency, scalability, and sustainable operations,
  • build and continuously expand LMS expertise (Cimoio and SuccessFactors Learning) through guided on-the-job training, release reviews, and proactive self-study.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. HR degree with strong IT experience will also be considered,
  • minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Cimoio or similar system,
  • Experience in testing and supporting core enterprise systems within a corporate environment, with a focus on translating business requirements into implementable solutions,
  • solid understanding of core HR processes and data flows with a focus on learning services,
  • analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
  • strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
