Make an impact
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, supporting the implementation of approved process, system, and automation enhancements.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for OTC processes, providing guidance and operational support to team members and key stakeholders on complex process-related matters.
- Manage and monitor the OTC improvement, automation, and system development portfolio, ensuring progress tracking and regular communication with management.
- Identify and promote opportunities for process optimization through standardization, digitalization, automation, and best practice sharing.
- Support daily operations by analyzing and resolving complex operational issues while ensuring compliance with service level agreements, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, support audit activities, and ensure adherence to governance and control requirements.
- Lead knowledge-sharing activities, deliver ongoing training for OTC team members, and actively participate in the onboarding and foundational training of new joiners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen stakeholder relationships, support performance monitoring and reporting activities, and foster a customer-focused, results-driven working environment.
- Work closely with the OTC Global Process Owner and OTC Manager on ongoing projects and tasks.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash,
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes and related financial operations,
- Strong communication skills in English (Additional European language(s) are considered as advantage)
- Solid experience with SAP (other ERP systems are considered as advantage)
- Proven track record in process improvement, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, take ownership, and drive corrective actions,
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus and a commitment to delivering results,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment,
- willingness to learn and invest in your own development supported by KUKA.
