Make an impact
- Support End to End Finance SAP (S/4 HANA) Roll outs:
- be part of the roll out core Project Team who is coordinating and leading the SAP Implementations,
- assess the financial Business needs and requirements to be implemented in SAP,
- understand Local and IFRS FI requirements to be implemented in SAP,
- understand the technical needs in SAP FICO in order to perform and implement a successfull migration of the Financials,
- prepare Financial Statement, Open Item and Fixed Assets migration files,
- reconciliation of the migrated data in the Group Consolidation tool,
- work closely with Project Teams, FICO IT, Shared Service Center Teams, Stakeholders and Leadership.
- Participate in SAP enhancement Projects:
- work together with Migration Manager in developing functions and tools that suppports the Shared Service Center Operational Teams needs,
- participate in new function, tool, report,implementations for IFRS and Local requirements,
- engage with process design and process improvement initiatives.
What you need to succeed
- University degree or equivalent knowledge in the field of Accounting, Economics, or Finance,
- strong understanding of the Finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC),
- strong SAP (S/4 HANA) FICO knowledge,
- knowledge of Tax and Indirect Tax processes is an advantage,
- experience with e‑invoicing solutions is an advantage,
- 5-10 years of working experience in SAP,
- experience in working in multinational matrix organization,
- excellent MS Excel skills, good knowledge in MS Office,
- analytical skills and the ability of compiling and analyzing data and reports,
- working autonomously and self-driven,
- strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
