Make an impact
Statutory Reporting, Audit & Tax
- Prepare financial statements and statutory reporting packages.
- Maintain statutory ledgers and prepare local GAAP adjustments.
- Support audits and act as contact person for assigned audit topics.
- Prepare tax-related calculations and support tax audits.
- Monitor regulatory and taxation changes affecting your area of responsibility.
End-to-End Accounting & Reporting
- Execute month-end closing activities in accordance with Group reporting deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
- Contribute to Group reporting packages and Balance Sheet reviews.
- Collaborate closely with FINOPS teams to ensure timely completion of closing activities.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, IFRS requirements, and local regulations.
- Follow and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation.
- Participate in automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need to succeed
Professional Background
- 4-10 years of accounting experience Accounting or Financial Reporting preferably in an international or shared service environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP requirements, and IFRS standards.
- Experience with statutory reporting, audits, and financial close processes.
- Understanding of taxation processes and financial compliance requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems preferable SAP.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Language Skills
- German: fluent (written and spoken)
- English: strong business communication skills
