Responsibilites
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Build strong understanding of market needs and effectively position the company’s solutions.
- Differentiate value propositions to drive business growth and engage partners and new customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new business channels and strengthen brand presence in India.
- Monitor market trends to support strategic decision‑making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate across teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Understand company technologies and translate customer needs into system requirements and solutions.
- Manage the sales funnel, growth opportunities, tenders, and bids with authorized partners.
- Support project execution and customer alignment throughout implementation.
- Lead joint partner planning to meet performance objectives and financial targets.
- Achieve assigned business targets and strategic goals.
- Willing to travel frequently and support work outside normal hours when needed.
What you need to succeed
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business with strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in selling capital‑intensive goods.
- Background in the automation industry and project‑based investment calculations.
- Established network in healthcare or industrial sectors.
- Experience with Pneumatic Tube Systems and Pharmacy Automation.
- Additional language skills, international exposure, or data analytics experience are advantages.
