Responsibilites

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Build strong understanding of market needs and effectively position the company’s solutions.
  • Differentiate value propositions to drive business growth and engage partners and new customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new business channels and strengthen brand presence in India.
  • Monitor market trends to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Collaborate across teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Understand company technologies and translate customer needs into system requirements and solutions.
  • Manage the sales funnel, growth opportunities, tenders, and bids with authorized partners.
  • Support project execution and customer alignment throughout implementation.
  • Lead joint partner planning to meet performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Achieve assigned business targets and strategic goals.
  • Willing to travel frequently and support work outside normal hours when needed.

What you need to succeed

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Business with strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in selling capital‑intensive goods.
  • Background in the automation industry and project‑based investment calculations.
  • Established network in healthcare or industrial sectors.
  • Experience with Pneumatic Tube Systems and Pharmacy Automation.
  • Additional language skills, international exposure, or data analytics experience are advantages.
