Make an impact

End-to-end HR service ownership:
Define and evolve HR service scope, processes, catalogues, and handovers across CoEs, Shared Services, and Business Partners.

Service performance & basic governance:
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards, supporting performance reviews. Identify improvement opportunities and ensure stable delivery through demand and capability alignment.

Process & policy ownership:
Translate HR strategy into clear service processes and ensure compliance with legal and data privacy requirements. Manage escalations and cross-functional dependencies.

Collaboration with HR digital experts as functional counterpart:
Define requirements, validate solutions, and co-own outcomes with IT while supporting project governance, planning, and delivery. Ensure alignment of roadmaps, testing, documentation, and that digital solutions enhance HR services and employee experience.

Change, adoption & stakeholder management:
Drive change management, communication, and training for HR stakeholders. Support works council engagement and ensure consistency across regions.

Strategic development:
Assess future HR service needs and workforce trends while evolving the operating model. Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled HR services.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field,
  • several years of experience in HR, ideally in HR Operations, Recruiting, HR process roles, or Shared Services environments,
  • strong hands-on process knowledge in Recruiting, Onboarding and Offborading (end-to-end); experience in other core HR processes is a plus,
  • high digital affinity and strong interest in system-enabled HR services and process improvement,
  • experience working closely with HR IT / HR Digital roles as functional counterpart,
  • basic understanding of HR compliance topics (e.g., data privacy and co-determination) and willingness to learn and partner with experts,
  • confident stakeholder management skills; experience working with works councils is a plus,
  • analytical mindset with experience using service KPIs and reporting to identify improvements and support decisions,
  • experience in transformation, agile project management methods and change management,
  • fluent in English (German or additional languages is a plus).
