Make an impact
- Lead the analysis of complex business processes and design detailed system process flows,
- manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce and related integrations,
- independently design, code, test, and implement advanced custom Salesforce applications and enhancements,
- architect and manage Salesforce integrations with multiple systems and applications,
- create, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, and application configurations,
- ensure strategic alignment of business requirements with Salesforce capabilities, driving platform customization and optimization,
- oversee and execute regular internal system audits and lead upgrade preparations,
- manage and optimize Salesforce data feeds and integrations,
- proactively research and recommend new Salesforce features and functionalities to drive continuous process improvement,
- mentor and support junior developers and team members.
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role,
- advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning,
- deep understanding of SOQL and SOSL,extensive experience with REST and SOAP APIs,
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus,
- strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and business processes,
- proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders,
- fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus,
- experience mentoring or leading other developers is preferred.
