Make an impact
- Provide project activities and service availability for HCM functionality within the implemented SAP SuccessFactors
- Coordination of change requests within SAP SuccessFactors
- Analyze and create concepts of various HCM requirements
- Support (incident resolution / document / train / consult) in SAP SuccessFactors
- Take ownership to fulfill promised service levels as defined / agreed in service level KPIs
- Interact with Business Key Users and First Line Support Analysts
- Team up with Stakeholders and Key Users in the regions to provide SAP expertise
- Coordination of External Partners
- Documentation of processes and implementation
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor / Master degree with focus on informatics or comparable
- 3 years plus functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting
- Experience in additional modules is appreciated (knowledge in SAP HCM is also a plus)
- Excellent hands-on configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven understanding of SuccessFactors integration solutions
- Team player with strong customer service and solution orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (an appreciation of German is also a plus)
- A further plus would be a SAP SuccessFactors certification as well as knowledge of HR processes
