Make an impact

  • Serves as the operational lead and administrative coordinator for the enterprise Data Governance Council,
  • prepares materials, decision papers, and KPI dashboards to support data-related decisions,
  • ensures alignment between business units, regions, and corporate functions,
  • collaborates with enterprise architects to drive alignment between data architecture, application landscapes, and cloud transformations,
  • reviews and validates data-related architectural decisions before implementation,
  • work closely with business units to understand data requirements and provide data-driven insights,
  • develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals,
  • leads the Data Quality Board, defining enterprise data quality metrics, remediation processes, and escalation paths,
  • prioritizes data quality improvement initiatives based on business impact,
  • monitor and report on data management performance metrics and KPIs,
  • oversee the selection and implementation of data management tools and technologies,
  • stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data management practices.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • minimum of 6 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,
  • ability to translate business requirements into data solutions,
  • strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture,
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
  • proficiency in data management tools and technologies,
  • experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA),
  • beneficial would be a certification such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar,
  • experience in top-tech international manufacturing environment.
