Make an impact
- Serves as the operational lead and administrative coordinator for the enterprise Data Governance Council,
- prepares materials, decision papers, and KPI dashboards to support data-related decisions,
- ensures alignment between business units, regions, and corporate functions,
- collaborates with enterprise architects to drive alignment between data architecture, application landscapes, and cloud transformations,
- reviews and validates data-related architectural decisions before implementation,
- work closely with business units to understand data requirements and provide data-driven insights,
- develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals,
- leads the Data Quality Board, defining enterprise data quality metrics, remediation processes, and escalation paths,
- prioritizes data quality improvement initiatives based on business impact,
- monitor and report on data management performance metrics and KPIs,
- oversee the selection and implementation of data management tools and technologies,
- stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data management practices.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- minimum of 6 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,
- ability to translate business requirements into data solutions,
- strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture,
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
- proficiency in data management tools and technologies,
- experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA),
- beneficial would be a certification such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar,
- experience in top-tech international manufacturing environment.
