Make an impact
- Ensure full operation of a global Salesforce platform with approximately 4,000 users in around 40 countries,
- advising business units (e.g. Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) on the implementation of Salesforce functionalities to adapt to business requirements,
- continuous development of the Salesforce platform using agile project methodologies (Scrum) in collaboration with stakeholders,
- Analysis of global business processes to identify optimization potential using Salesforce and develop implementation strategies,
- technical implementation and configuration of the Salesforce platform according to client requirements,
- conducting system tests, quality assurance, and troubleshooting for features and interfaces,
- managing first-level support and maintenance, providing ongoing knowledge transfer on Salesforce topics such as requests, login issues, and system questions,
- conducting second level support and Salesforce support tickets,
- agile work in interdisciplinary teams with close coordination between business units, SAP, and Salesforce development,
- close collaboration with international teams, particularly the Salesforce team in Augsburg, Germany and business owners across the globe,
- IT project management for global rollouts, including budget responsibility, effort estimation, resource management, and the selection and coordination of external consulting firms,
- support and facilitation of workshops and providing trainings to Saleforce end-users as week as hypercare support during international rollouts.
What you need to succeed
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role,
- salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant,
- strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and business processes,
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
- strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical staff, business stakeholders, and senior management,
- ability to work in complex multinational and multicultural environments,
- fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
