Make an impact

  • Act as the primary technical expert and support lead for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding within the HR organization,
  • collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into effective system-supported Recruiting & Hiring solutions,
  • drive effective operation of end-to-end Recruiting and Onboarding processes, with a strong focus on the candidate-to-employee flow, ensuring seamless integration between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central, in close partnership with IT,
  • perform system audits and data validation to ensure high data quality and consistency across candidate, hiring, and employee data,
  • support system upgrades, releases, and feature rollouts related to Recruiting and Onboarding modules, in coordination with global IT and HR teams,
  • develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials for Recruiting & Hiring processes; deliver end-user training as needed,
  • leverage reporting and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to support recruiting performance tracking and hiring-related decision-making,
  • stay up to date on new SAP SuccessFactors features, integrations, and market trends in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, and proactively propose improvements to the digital candidate journey.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. HR degree with strong IT experience will also be considered,
  • first hands-on experience (0 - 2 years) with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in Recruiting, Onboarding, or Employee Central, is a plus,
  • initial experience in testing and supporting core enterprise systems within a corporate environment, with a focus on translating business requirements into implementable solutions,
  • basic understanding of end-to-end Recruiting & Hiring processes and data flows, especially within the candidate-to-employee lifecycle,
  • analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong willingness to learn,
  • strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
