SAP CROSS Consultant

Make an impact

· Design of IT solutions in the SAP Cross area (e.g. SAP Cloud ALM)

· Technical and administrative support of SAP applications

· Technical and administrative support of SAP add-ons in the SAP Cross area (commissioning, tracking maintenance contracts, maintenance in SAP LeanIX, etc.)

· Support in technical monitoring (concept, implementation, operation)

· Support/supervision (internal/external) of EDI monitoring, workflow monitoring, etc.

· 2nd and 3rd level support for the SAP Cross area (support for SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM, etc.)

· SAP GUI for Windows: responsible involvement in configuration, packaging, and global rollout

· Support during audits (annual IT/financial audits, ISO 27001 certifications, TISAX, etc.)

· Support with archiving of master and transactional data

· Coordination of external consultants, including validating/approving activity reports and invoices

· Consulting, support, and training of users in the use of IT solutions

· Maintenance of technical documentation

What you need to succeed

· Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification

· Professional experience in the SAP environment, preferably in cross-functional topics such as SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM, etc.

· Proven SAP knowledge (SAP support, SAP implementations, SAP projects, etc.)

· Interest in new technologies

· Strong analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams

· Strong communication skills, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset

· Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage

· Willingness to travel occasionally
