Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our AMR sales team in Brazil, focusing on intralogistics solutions. This role involves identifying business opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with potential clients to demonstrate the value of our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) through pilot projects and simulations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in logistics automation and a strong ability to engage with customers, understand their operational challenges, and showcase how AMR solutions can optimize their workflows. You’ll work at the forefront of technology, directly contributing to the transformation of intralogistics in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers in the intralogistics industry (warehousing, distribution, manufacturing) who would benefit from AMR solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with logistics and operations decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, qualify leads, and identify opportunities where AMRs can enhance productivity, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Pilot Projects & Simulations: Collaborate with customers to plan and execute pilot projects using AMR solutions to demonstrate their impact in real-world applications.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare and deliver simulations tailored to customer-specific use cases, showcasing product value.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, providing detailed insights from pilot projects and customer conversations.
  • CRM Management: Record and manage all lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system, ensuring a robust and organized pipeline.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends and challenges in intralogistics, particularly around warehouse automation, robotics, and supply chain optimization.
  • Performance Tracking: Achieve or exceed KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, pilot project execution, and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a role involving logistics, operations, or automation solutions. Experience with pilot project management is a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of warehouse processes, supply chain operations, and automation technologies.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and educate potential customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored AMR solutions using pilots and simulations.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage the logistics of pilot projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and an ability to learn and use simulation and project management tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with implementing or managing pilot projects in intralogistics or automation.
  • Knowledge of AMR technology and its applications in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian intralogistics market and key players.
