In this role, you play a key part in ensuring excellent service quality and reliable system performance for our customers. You will make an impact by:

Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and solution‑oriented support.
- Delivering preventive maintenance, corrective services, and 24/7 support across your assigned area.
- Identifying and communicating product and system insights to the service leadership team.
- Training customers in system operation and light maintenance, while recommending parts and inventory solutions that enhance system uptime.
- Completing all service documentation accurately and on time, and representing the company professionally while responsibly handling equipment and customer property.
What you need to succeed
You will succeed in this role if you bring:
- A B.S. degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering, along with relevant hands‑on experience in a similar technical field.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as solid PC and Windows application knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and handle interactions in fluent English.
- 3–5 years of field service experience working with electro‑mechanical systems.
- (Desirable) Additional strengths such as IT/networking knowledge, proficiency in Arabic, or experience in a hospital environment.
