Make an impact
- Assisting in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication,
- maintaining accurate candidate data and ensuring high data quality in our ATS,
- supporting onboarding activities and helping to coordinate a smooth start for new hires,
- updating and maintaining HR systems, databases, and documentation,
- providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What you need to succeed
- Active student status in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field with at least one year remaining in your studies,
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week,
- excellent communication skills in English,
- a detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn mindset,
- strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask effectively,
- proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams),
- a proactive attitude with genuin interest and curiosity in recruitment and willingness to take initiative.
