Make an impact

Oversee and ensure the effective execution of core accounting processes, including:

  • Bank and cash management,
  • transactional accounting (journal entry preparation and posting),
  • fixed asset accounting,
  • balance sheet reconciliations,
  • intercompany accounting activities,
  • month-end close and financial reporting,
  • ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 10–15 accounting professionals,
  • manage onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and continuous development of team members,
  • foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure timely execution of daily operations and month-end closing activities,
  • monitor and drive performance against defined KPIs,
  • identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

Process Standardization & Change-management:

  • actively support process standardization and change initiatives,
  • coordinate knowledge transfer and handover sessions,
  • review and approve process documentation and work instructions,
  • collaborate closely with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues,
  • maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
  • ensure effective communication across functions and regions.

Projects & Audit Support:

  • contribute to RTR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects,
  • support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance readiness.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience),
  • minimum 5 years of experience in RTR or accounting operations,
  • proven experience in people management, ideally within a multinational Shared Service Center (SSC/BSC) environment,
  • strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes (IFRS),
  • solid technical skills (MS Office, SAP,..).

  • customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities,
