Make an impact

  • Lead projects and manage activities throughout all phases of project including contract negotiation, design / engineering, production control, delivery, installation, commissioning, integration and test acceptance project.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, able to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
  • Ensure the projects are performed within expectation in terms of customer satisfaction, technical targets, time schedule, financial objectives, completeness of scopes and quality objectives and in accordance with company’s guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all the relevant instructions and standards of company and to act all times to improve the project benefit; act as an integrator in respect of subcontractors and the customer
  • Liaise with sales and customer project organization about updates, questions and feedback.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documents and report, update the project files on time.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain relationship with all parties.
  • Provide quick simulation study and proposal to customer.
  • Guidance and support during technical meetings, product portfolio, and negotiations, ensuring clarity and confidence in proposed solutions...
  • Direct the team in performing analytic and diagnostic studies to identify the most suitable technical solutions for customer needs, utilizing simulation and KUKA software
  • Dealing with suppliers / vendors for detail discussion, to get the final quotations.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience, preferably in the automation industry, and with proven capability in project management
  • Strong leadership, planning skills, analytical skills and decision making skills.
  • Matured, self-driven, proactive, flexible and results oriented.
  • A team player with strong customer focus.
  • Strong awareness towards the significance of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Familiar with project management tools, e.g. MS Project
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel overseas on short notice.
