Quality & Training Specialist

• Conduct initial and remedial training for new and existing Swisslog Healthcare pneumatic tube system installation subcontractors in accordance with the training program syllabus. 
• Responsible for periodic quality checks on installation progress and standards. 
• Successfully administer and manage training and quality through site visits, completing appropriate inspections, and reporting findings to all stakeholders. 
• Implement corrective actions as required.
• Effective communication, written and verbal, are essential to the success of this role.
• May be required to conduct installation activities on a case-by-case basis for corrective work or small projects if a subcontractor could not be identified.
• Frequent overnight travel (60-80%) is required.

What you need to succeed

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the hospital construction industry, with an aptitude for three-dimensional visualization and systems design concepts. 

• 3-5 years of experience installing pneumatic tube systems preferred. Plumbing and/or mechanical piping systems in a leadership role and in a semi-unsupervised capacity will also be considered.

Desirable, but not Essential:

• Demonstrated experience as a trainer of individuals or small groups on pneumatic tube installation techniques.

Compensation:  Starting salary range for this position is $76,000 - 95,000.  Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
