Make an impact
This role involves working collaboratively with dev-teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions that enhance our customer products.
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on Azure and AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Support our infra-team in managing networking components within Azure and AWS environments for dedicated operations projects
- Utilize Docker for containerization of applications and services
- Design and maintain Python applications and APIs, e.g. REST endpoints via FASTAPI.
- Support implementation of authentication mechanisms to secure APIs and services.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient deployment
- Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud services.
- Define and set-up operations monitoring of cloud solutions via e.g. Azure Monitor
What you need to succeed
- Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture, e.g. WebApp, Container App, Managed Identities and App Insights is necessary.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as IAM, S3, Lambda, API Gateway or AWS Private Certificate Authority.
- Proficient in Python programming and scripting.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with API development and integration.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols and security best practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD practices.
- Experience with script-based process automation (e.g.: Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
