Our Enterprise Service IT department develop and deliver IT solutions that are used across multiple platforms and countries. As a Microsoft Power BI developer, you will be part of the BI & Analytics team. The team has an internal consulting function within the Group for all entities and countries. Our focus is the implementation of appropriate reporting/analytical/planning solutions and to support our internal customers with key user training or any kind of reporting related questions.
- Development, optimization and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI solutions that create direct added value for our specialist departments
- Implementing best practices for data visualisation and user experience (UX)
- Ensuring data quality and monitoring the Microsoft Power BI environment
- Extension and migration of existing business applications to Microsoft Power BI
- Conducting training courses and workshops to support specialist departments in the implementation and use of Microsoft Power BI
- Interact with Business Key Users, First Line Support Analysts
- Team up with stakeholders and key users in the regions to provide MS Power BI expertise
What you need to succeed
- Degree in (business) information technology or business administration with a highly technical orientation
- At least 5 years specific work experience
- Experienced in the field of Business Intelligence (MS Power BI)
- Knowledge of Lakehouse technologies (e.g. Azure, Databricks, Data Factory, dbt), Qliksense and SQL is a plus
- Team player with a strong customer service and solution orientation
- Structured and goal-oriented work style
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups and all levels of stakeholders in an international environment.
