What you need to succeed

Job Summary

Working within an International environment, the successful candidate will provide user support,
feature development, collect and drive change initiatives of EMEA Business Central/MS
Dynamics NAV, aligned with the Global ERP set up. This includes:

1) Work in all stages of Business Central application life cycle management
2) Familiar with CAL/AL languages and good understanding of Business Central Architecture
3) Assist in information collection and scope design for various projects or change requests related to MS Business Central and Navision.
4) Perform support consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirements gathering, data gathering for business process review, application and workf low design and project management.
5) Handle helpdesk support, user interactions and documentation. Prioritize and resolve user support tickets in a timely manner.
6) Support integration of ERP with external or 3rd party applications using dif ferent technologies.
7) Closely work with BI team supporting them with ERP related queries and mapping.
8) Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, including local user community, local and global management, international stakeholders as required.

He/she will work with global users and external consultants, to take ownership of helpdesk
support, feature development, bug f ixes, supporting users during post-deployment and
maintenance phase, supporting and participating in international initiatives related to other NAV
deployments; supporting enhancements, projects and initiatives as required, with an hands-on
approach, leveraging his/her expertise in the both functional and technical areas.
