Make an impact

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver efficient, high-quality, and prompt customer service.
  2. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment/systems.
  3. Respond to system breakdowns within contractual response times; escalate delays to the Team Leader/Line Manager.
  4. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid conflicts.
  5. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment continuously.
  6. Support project teams in equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and user/technical training.
  7. Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with customer site rules.
  8. Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and maintenance checklists.
  9. Submit monthly service and maintenance reports promptly.
  10. Report any equipment/system abnormalities to the Customer Support Manager.
  11. Foster positive relationships with customers.

What you need to succeed

Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficient in PC operations and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Practical experience in servicing and maintaining Mechanical & Electrical equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a hospital environment.
  • Basic familiarity with AutoCAD.
