Make an impact
- Deliver efficient, high-quality, and prompt customer service.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment/systems.
- Respond to system breakdowns within contractual response times; escalate delays to the Team Leader/Line Manager.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid conflicts.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment continuously.
- Support project teams in equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and user/technical training.
- Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with customer site rules.
- Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and maintenance checklists.
- Submit monthly service and maintenance reports promptly.
- Report any equipment/system abnormalities to the Customer Support Manager.
- Foster positive relationships with customers.
What you need to succeed
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Proficient in PC operations and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Practical experience in servicing and maintaining Mechanical & Electrical equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a hospital environment.
- Basic familiarity with AutoCAD.
