Make an impact

  • Payroll administration and processing: perform full-cycle in-house payroll processing. Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, allowances, benefits, deductions and other payroll-related payments. Process employee reimbursements and various compensation types,
  • employee data management: maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data within P&O and payroll systems (Nexon, Success Factors). Process employee lifecycle changes including hires, terminations, transfers, salary changes and contractual amendments,
  • social security and benefit administration: process and administer sick leave, maternity-related benefits, healthcare benefits and other social security entitlements. Handle pension-related administration and communication with relevant authorities,
  • labor administration and compliance: support payroll-related administration activities. Ensure compliance with applicable labor law, tax and employment regulations,
  • reporting and analytics: prepare payroll reports, analyses, statistics and reconciliations. Support statutory reporting requirements and assist in workforce planning,
  • stakeholder collaboration: serve as key contact for employees and managers regarding payroll-related inquiries.

What you need to succeed

  • Certified Payroll and / or Social Security Administration qualification,
  • bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field is preferred,
  • attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and within a changing environment,
  • organizational and administrative skills with confidentially and professionalism, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management,
  • experience participating in process improvement initiatives, supporting audits and compliance activities,
  • proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP,  SuccessFactors, Nexon) and MS Excel,
  • experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools.
