Make an impact

  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors),
  • Data Entry & Validation: Input employee data changes; organizational changes; validate changes for accuracy and compliance,
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal performance and user experience,
  • Content Management: Upload, organize, and update learning materials, courses, and resources within the LMS,
  • Learning Data Management & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on training completion, compliance, and learning metrics,
  • Process Execution: Support HR processes such as onboarding, organizational changes, and payroll data updates and related paperwork,
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to improve learning delivery and system functionality,
  • Documentation: Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, HR, or a related field,
  • experience managing a LMS (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, etc.),
  • strong understanding of data management principles, analytics, and reporting,
  • attention to detail, accuracy in data handling and ability to manage sensitive data,
  • analytical mindset and multitasking skills,
  • proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors) and MS Excel,
  • strong communication skills and the ability to train and support system users,
  • knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices preferred,
  • german language knowledge is an advantage.
