Make an impact

Order Management for Products:

  • Processing incoming customer orders for the DACH region and intercompany, from order receipt to delivery and invoicing, as part of a newly forming team that is continuously expanding,
  • technical, commercial, and tax responsibility within the scope of order fulfillment,
  • creating sales orders in SAP, including release for production and procurement,
  • creating bills of material using SAP configurators.Coordinating order fulfillment with the supply chain and sending the final order confirmation to the customer/subsidiary,
  • change management and tracking order status,
  • coordinating delivery with the customer and shipping department, taking payment security into account and creating the necessary documents,
  • creating final invoices, including down payment and customs invoices.Interface function, order- or project-related coordination between customer/sales and production/logistics, as well as finance and taxes,
  • designing and maintaining the SAP configurator for robots and mobile platforms.Handling material orders between production plants. 

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,
  • minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a shared service center environment,
  • advanced technical understanding of product architecture and combinatorial configurations,
  • experience with large projects,
  • proficiency in SAP and SalesForce,
  • excellent communication skills in English and German,
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
  • ability to assertively manage tasks and responsibilitiesKnowledge of customs regulations and invoicing processes is a plus.
