Make an impact

  • Operation, maintenance, and expansion of the client infrastructure,

  • planning, execution, and coordination of operating system and software rollouts,

  • management of client policies and client updates in Microsoft Intune,

  • mobile device management via Intune,

  • manage, execute, or support IT Projects as required, 

  • management of global print service solutions,

  • manage global remote support solution,

  • teams Telephony administration,

  • document solutions and procedures; organize and update existing knowledge articles. 

What you need to succeed

  • Several years of professional experience in the area of Microsoft 365 and on-premises client infrastructure),
  • in-depth knowledge of IT basic infrastructure (Active Directory, Entra, DNS, DHCP, etc.),
  • experience in scripting with PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, or other languages,
  • experience with Microsoft Intune,
  • experience with Microsoft Phone System Solutions,
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage,
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
