Make an impact

Primary goals for this role include:

 

  • Design and develop software solutions in line with project requirements and specifications
  • Own the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Execute software testing activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and defined processes
  • Ensure and continuously improve product quality, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, development, and testing

What you need to succeed

To be successful in the role we are looking for: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development within the automation domain (e.g. MES, WMS, control systems)
  • Strong programming skills in C# (.NET / .NET Core) and/or Java (Spring Boot)
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  • Experience in designing and developing industrial automation and integration systems
  • Good understanding of real-time systems and system architecture
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and T-SQL (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience with software testing and development of automated systems
  • Ability to produce technical documentation and system specifications
