Make an impact

  • Lead end-to-end accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,
  • manage and coordinate the month-end close process in line with Group reporting timelines,
  • oversee IFRS reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations,
  • review financial data, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, 
  • drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls and efficiency,
  • act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors,
  • manage statutory reporting, audits and tax-related activities,
  • ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and SOPs,
  • lead and develop a small Key Accounting team, providing coaching and guidance,
  • support transformation, automation and ERP-related projects.

What you need to succeed

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field,
  • several years of relevant experience in accounting within a multinational environment,
  • strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP,
  • experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred),
  • confident English communication skills (written and spoken),
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • ability to work independently and proactively,
  • excellent stakeholder management skills,
  • strong prioritization and deadline management skills,
  • “Can-do” attitude with openness to change and process improvement.
