Make an impact
- Lead end-to-end accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,
- manage and coordinate the month-end close process in line with Group reporting timelines,
- oversee IFRS reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations,
- review financial data, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations,
- drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls and efficiency,
- act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors,
- manage statutory reporting, audits and tax-related activities,
- ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and SOPs,
- lead and develop a small Key Accounting team, providing coaching and guidance,
- support transformation, automation and ERP-related projects.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field,
- several years of relevant experience in accounting within a multinational environment,
- strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP,
- experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred),
- confident English communication skills (written and spoken),
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- ability to work independently and proactively,
- excellent stakeholder management skills,
- strong prioritization and deadline management skills,
- “Can-do” attitude with openness to change and process improvement.
