Swisslog are currently seeking a dynamic Account Manager to develop and maintain the customer relationships in France. The position can be home based with travel to the customers and our office in Lyon when required.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within France. You will act as the key point of contact between our customers and internal teams ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts within the French market

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our intralogistics portfolio

Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals

Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives

Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions

Conduct regular customer visits and performance reviews

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience in B2B sales, ideally within intralogistics, material handling, automation, or industrial equipment

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes or technical engineering solutions

Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven

Fluent in French and professional level of English

Willingness to travel regularly within France
