We’re looking for a Senior Controller to join our Finance team at Swisslog. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance that help optimize processes and strengthen the efficiency of our global supply chain. Your work will help us make smart decisions that keep projects on track and performance optimized. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the world, and you also like being involved in customer projects, supporting data collection and analysis to help us innovate and grow.
In addition, you will:
- Take ownership of sections in forecasting and budgeting
- Drive periodic close activities and reporting tasks
- Monitor and analyze customer project performance
- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering hubs and peer controllers across multiple countries
- Partner with supply chain teams on cash planning and working capital reporting
- Support tariff exposure analysis and data collection for development projects
- Continuously improve tools, routines, and processes for better efficiency
What you need to succeed
In your profile you bring with you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5–7 years in controlling, financial analysis, or related roles
- Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments preferred
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and working capital management
- In addition, you are fluent in English. Other languages like Swedish, German or Mandarin are meritious.
