Make an impact

  • Administer and maintain KUKA Group’s Learning Management System (LMS),
  • ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance across learning and HRM systems,
  • generate and analyze learning and performance reports to support decision-making,
  • collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot LMS issues and provide technical support to users,
  • manage integrations between the LMS and other enterprise systems (HRIS, CRM, etc.),
  • support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements,
  • maintain documentation, system guidelines, and data management procedures.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, HR, or a related field,
  • proven experience managing an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, etc.),
  • strong understanding of data management principles, analytics, and reporting,
  • proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus,
  • excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
  • strong communication skills and the ability to train and support system users,
  • knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices preferred.
